random shit - just having fun training Week 1 Day who gives a shit

Not following anything right now. All but given up on competing in a shirt at my meet June 18.

Have been having a hard time getting motivated to train lately. Not training squats or deads to save my back. May not ever compete in full meet again. On the plus side, took a preworkout today for the first time and booooooom. Had a great workout focus wise and intensity. And sweat.
