Last day of this shit!!!
380 for 10 sets of 3. Made every rep. Missed only 1 rep the entire program.
Going to deload for 3-5 days then test max. Hoping for a 435 paused comp bench.
Here's to never doing this program again!
Can't wait to get back to some assistance work. Also, got the green light to squat again!! After this next meet, I will officially start training for 2016 CPU Nationals in Regina in February.
