Havent squatted in a long time as I try and address this lower back issue. The back problem doesn't hurt to squat or deadlift but it wasn't healing so I stopped both altogether. It hasn't gotten any better or worse. I can't wait any longer to start prepping for Nationals in February if I'm going to be competitive. So, I tested 1RM for both so I can plan my training starting next week.

Not great. My PB is 585 so, got a ways to go there. Not terrible though. Bench only meet on Saturday then Nationals prep training starts Monday!!
