It's been 3 weeks since I squatted after hurting my back doing something. Started feeling good again, so thought I would try em out to see how they feel.

Pretty happy with how it felt. We'll see how it feels later on. Hopefully I can start training my squat again. Still going to focus on this smolov bench program and bench only in upcoming meet. Day 2 of week 2 smolov bench program tomorrow.
