Last day of the first week back of 3 lift training. Back really tore up from deeds, but in a good way. (I hope). The mobility warmup was really beneficial today. Started out very sore and the foam rolling wanted to make me cry. But it was worth it.

The squats started out painful but as they went on felt good. Bench was super easy. All reps were paused for a good 3 count. I think I was overtraining my bench, it feels way better. And strong AF.
Weekend off and then week 2 begins. So far so good.
