These weights seem so light compared to what I have done in the past, but hopefully in due time I will get back to where I once was and then some.

315X5
355X5
405X7. Supposed to 5+, got 7. Prob could have got 1-2 more.
Was going to do some volume after this but stopped there.

Hang knee raises
X25X3

This was the best I felt post squats in a long time. Still doing the Limber 11 mobility warmup every day.
