Haven't deadlifted in a few weeks. I pretty much just rely on my squat bringing it up when I'm squatting X2 a week. Did it right after my heavy bench session, week 11 Coan bench program.

555 is a post injury gym PR. wasn't the prettiest, might have been a hitch, but I'll take and clean it up.
